I ask all of my couples to tell me the story of how they met and fell in love. Rebecca shared an epic tale that totally sucked me in and left me feeling like I had known both her and Charley for years. It involved the playing of records and talking until the sun came up. I officially could. not. wait. to meet them and capture their love story.
These two and their beautiful families and friends were just awesome. There was endless laughter and the adopting of crazy voices ranging from a jersey grandmother to a muppet, to everything in between. Charley often pretended to eat Rebecca’s nose while posing for photos and they jumped through their dance together under a tent surrounded by clapping loved ones. Oh! And Rebecca played guitar and sang and their fab friends-turned-wedding-band made beautiful music thoughout the day. AND there was a wooden swing tied to a tree! AND we were surrounded by water and sailboats and sunshine, and lush foliage next to a lighthouse. Umm…yes. It was a pretty perfect day! My lovely friend and second photographer for the day Allegra and I could not stop swooning! XO
