Megan and Ralph are a classic example of opposites attract. As Megan shared with me when I first met her and asked about their love story and their wedding, Ralph is gregarious and outgoing and has a large network of friends. Megan calls herself more of an introvert who is more of a quiet person and credits Ralph with getting her to come out of her shell. These two have so much love and respect for each other. They used words like “authentic” and “unconditional” to describe their love. They are also both really laid back and wanted to make sure their guests had one incredible time at their wedding. And they most certainly did!
The nautical theme for their decor fit perfectly with their Spring wedding in Newport and guests couldn’t help but get up and dance with the abundance of boas, big crazy sunglasses, and glowing necklaces available to make the dance floor one great party!
Megan shared this just before the big day – talk about focusing on what is most important: “We are most excited to be able to share our love with the people that we are closest with…. family and friends. We want everyone to enjoy themselves and let loose. The ceremony will be beautiful because it will unite us husband and wife. Then we want to be able to celebrate our love at the reception and enjoy our time with all the people that we love. Although the decor and decorations will be beautiful, we know that the important part of the day is that we get to marry each other while being surrounded by the love and support of those closest to us.”
Congratulations you two! XO
