Their Love Story
Amanda & Will met in the old fashioned way - through being set up by a mutual family friend. After seeing photos of each other and each being talked up to the other, Will ended up texting Amanda and they went out on their first date. They had an instant connection and the rest is history! They were together for three years and love to play tennis, run, and golf together. They are kind and thoughtful and a perfect match for each other.
Wedding Day Highlights
Amanda got ready at her childhood home and was helped into her gown by her mother and grandmother. She wore her grandmother's veil, the same one her grandmother had hand-sewn beads onto for her own wedding years ago. After a beautiful church ceremony everyone headed to the Boston Public Garden for portraits. Amanda and Will enjoyed time alone together as newlyweds on the ride from the church in a vintage Rolls Royce. They celebrated with family and friends at a gorgeous reception held at the Mandarin Oriental in Boston. The lush florals in shades of pale pink and cream with pops of burgundy, together with candelabras and blush and gold chairs created a warm and elegant atmosphere. They also incorporated accents of red as a nod to Will's Chinese heritage. Their choreographed first dance was a hit and the perfect way to kick off the evening!
