The Addison Grove is an Austin wedding venue that allows a wedding day to unfold effortlessly from one beautiful space to the next. Thoughtfully designed with both flow and experience in mind, the venue’s indoor and outdoor spaces help to make each part of your celebration feel distinct while still connected.
Here’s how a wedding day at The Addison Grove comes to life for couple seeking an elevated feel that is still relaxed.

A Calm, Light-Filled Start in Two Getting-Ready Suites
The day begins in Addison Grove’s two separate getting-ready suites. Each partner gets their own space to settle in, relax, and prepare. These suites are spacious and comfortable. One features lots of natural light, along with mirrors and makeup chairs. The other boasts a pool table and covered patio area with lounge furniture. The suites are on opposite sides of the property and house in different buildings. This means the couple and their wedding party members can all get ready on site. And they won’t run the risk of seeing each other before it’s time.
Whether it’s finishing touches, a champagne toast, or a few deep breaths, these spaces set the tone for a grounded and beautiful celebration.

Portraits, First Looks & Private Moments in the Hill Country Landscape
Before the ceremony, Addison Grove offers a variety of beautiful locations for a first looks or private vow readings. The property’s tree-studded lawns, picturesque landscape, paths, and architectural details create a mix of backdrops provide soft light for a feel that’s both natural and elevated. The flexibility of the property allows you to create moments that feel intimate and unhurried. There’s also plenty of space for creative and fun wedding party portraits and family photos.

An Outdoor Ceremony Beneath the Oaks at The Addison Grove
When it’s time for the ceremony, there are also multiple options, but my favorite is in the grove of oak trees with the light filtering through the leaves. Guests are welcomed into the very grove of trees that gives Addison Grove its signature feel. The natural canopy of oaks creates a soft and romantic setting. It’s beautiful on its own and even more stunning with added florals and design elements.

A Laid-Back Cocktail Hour on the Patio & by the Fire Pit
Following the ceremony, guests transition seamlessly into cocktail hour on the patio and surrounding outdoor spaces. With a built-in sense of ease, this part of the evening invites guests to relax, mingle, and enjoy the atmosphere.
From lawn games like cornhole to gathering around the fire pit as the sun begins to set, the space encourages ease and connection. And it’s easily transformed to match your personal wedding day aesthetic with florals, rentals, and little creativity. And the golden afternoon light gets better and better as the sun sinks low in the sky. It’s the kind of environment where guests naturally settle in and the celebration begins to build.

A Warm, Inviting Reception Inside the Barn
As the evening continues, everyone moves indoors to the reception space. The barn is beautifully designed with warm wood tones, exposed beams, large chandeliers, and an elevated rustic feel. Large windows on each end bring in the last of the evening light before transitioning into a cozy, ambient glow for dinner and dancing. The romance can be upped even more with candles flickering and some greenery that always pops in the space. It’s also a large space that is great for larger guest counts of up to 300 loved ones.
