There is something timeless about a wedding day set inside a luxury historic wedding venue, and Woodbine Mansion captures that feeling effortlessly.

Built between 1895 and 1900, this home is filled with original mirrors, chandeliers, and thoughtful details that create a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. It has a rich history and has become a staple in the small community.

Nestled on Main Street in Round Rock, it somehow feels tucked away even though it’s in the heart of the downtown area.

Getting Ready Spaces

The getting ready spaces in this venue are heavenly. The soft wallpaper, ornate gold mirrors, and delicate chandeliers create a calm and elevated space. There is room to spread out, laugh, and settle into the day.

Every corner is intentional, from the vintage dress form to the airy windows that let light pour in. These rooms are not just functional, they are beautiful backdrops for those quiet, meaningful moments before everything begins. The owner of Woodbine has really poured her heart and soul into making this a dream venue.

First Look Spots at Woodbine Mansion

Whether shared indoors or outside along the manicured paths, any first look here feels intimate and quiet.

The mansion offers tucked-away spaces that are both private and serene.

Inside, the soft tones and historic textures frame each moment. Outside, the grounds provide lush greenery and seasonal blooms. A future highlight will be the wisteria-covered trellis, which will soon add another romantic layer to this already stunning setting.

Portraits at Woodbine Mansion

Portraits are where this venue truly shines. There are endless locations all within steps of each other. Ornate mirrors, detailed wallpaper, and curated rooms create depth and variety.

The downstairs rooms provide beautiful options for final touches or couples portraits, especially if the weather calls for an indoor plan. Every space feels layered and intentional, allowing for images that feel both classic and editorial.

Ceremonies & Receptions

Ceremonies at Woodbine Mansion can be tailored to each couple’s vision.

The outdoor spaces allow for expansive guest counts, hosting up to 500 with ease. The setting feels open, yet still personal. If weather shifts, the indoor spaces offer elegant alternatives without losing the charm of the day.

Reception Spaces

The reception experience is completely customizable. Couples can choose from al fresco dining, a sailcloth tent, or a modern clear structure. The permanent clear tent on turf ensures stability and a polished look year-round, even in the unpredictable Spring weather. Guests can move seamlessly between indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a flow that feels natural and relaxed. Even cocktail hour has an indoor option, making the entire day feel cohesive.

Another benefit to this venue is how many local businesses are nearby!

Whether the bride is craving a custom crafted latte from Waterloo Coffee across the street, or you want to cater late night pizzas from 600 Degrees… there are so many cool local spots nearby.
