Can you hold the date for us?
Dates are reserved with the signing of the contact and payment of the booking fee. However, if we have met and you're still in the process of making a decision, I won't give your date away without reaching back out to give you 24 hours to decide before I give the date away to another couple.
All payments can be made right online with an electronic bank check (ACH) or I'm happy to accept a physical check via snail mail as well.
I have general liability insurance and equipment insurance and I’m happy to provide proof of insurance to your venue if needed.
I currently do not charge travel fees for weddings in Massachusetts, Connecticut, or upstate NY. I’m more than happy to venture throughout New England and beyond the Northeast as well, and in that case I do charge a travel fee that is adjusted on a case-by-case basis and allows me to cover the cost of my journey as necessary to best capture your love story.
Do you work with a second photographer?
Always. I believe that the real love story is often found in the small moments and the moments in between. Having a second photographer with me for the day allows me to get two perspectives in the big moments, as well as capture more of the small moments that tell your full love story.
We'll work together prior to your wedding to create a rain plan for all of your formal portraits. We'll find an alternative you love and the most important part is knowing we have a plan in place, even if we don't need to use it!
How long does it take to Receive our photos?
Your photos will be ready for you about 8 weeks after your wedding date. I’ll post a preview for you within 48 hours of your wedding though, so you won’t have to wait 8 weeks to see how gorgeous you looked on your wedding day!
When I get home from your wedding I upload all of the images on an external hard drive and back them up onto the cloud. When your images are ready, the final edits are uploaded into an online gallery that serves as a third backup.
Generally, you'll receive around 75 images per hour of coverage. Every photo you receive is edited to ensure the highest quality finished product.
As the artist who created the images, I retain the copyright. However, all digital products include personal printing rights. That means you're welcome to share them digitally and in print.
Your wedding is only the beginning.
It will be full of gorgeous details and emotional moments that matter all the more because they honor the marriage you’re creating.
When you look back at your photographs you'll be transported right back into the hugs you received from family, the joy-filled laughter of your friends on the dance floor, and the romance you felt as you said "I do" to one another.
Let's make sure your wedding weekend and your love is preserved for generations to come.

Regardless of where you choose to celebrate, Austin, San Antonio, Dripping Springs, or beyond, you can expect to receive your online gallery within 8 weeks of your wedding date.
Your wedding photographs will be safeguarded every step of the way. I use professional cameras that record to dual cards, back up your files right after the wedding, and store multiple copies in different locations.
For weddings with 75 or more guests, I always include a second photographer so every moment is covered. For more intimate celebrations—like elopements in Austin or San Antonio—a second photographer can be added if you’d like.
There’s no travel fee for weddings in Austin or throughout the Texas Hill Country. For weddings beyond these regions, a travel fee may apply.
Yes. I carry both general liability and equipment insurance, and I’m glad to provide proof directly to your venue if they require it. Most Austin and Texas Hill Country wedding venues ask for this, so you can feel confident knowing everything is fully covered.
Your wedding date is officially reserved once we’ve signed the contract and I receive the booking fee. This ensures your day in the Texas Hill Country or beyond is set aside just for you.
Yes! I adore the timelessness of film and the way it captures movement, light, and the essence of a moment. Film loves light and requires a bit more time to slow down and be intentional, so as the light and your timeline allow, I incorporate film into each wedding I document alongside the digital images I create throughout the celebration.
The average is between 75-100 images per hour of coverage. The images you receive are all edited by hand are selected intentionally to tell your story in beautiful detail, while leaving out the blinks, awkward angles, and duplicates.
"Lynne was hands down the best vendor we hired for the entirety of our wedding planning process. From the very beginning stages of planning she was professional, organized, attentive, and so, so easy to work with. She helped us every step of the way and created the perfect flow and timing for our wedding day so we could truly be present and enjoy it all.
Lynne is truly an artist and brought our exact vision to life with her photography. We will cherish our gorgeous photos and wedding album for years to come."
