Kimmy and Ryan’s wedding weekend was the definition of an elegant Boston wedding. From their intimate welcome party at Nebo Cucina & Enoteca to their candlelit reception at Boston Harbor Hotel overlooking the harbor, every part of the celebration was personal, timeless, and full of joy. The entire weekend, beautifully planned by Baciare Events, blended elevated design with meaningful moments that reflected exactly who they are together.
The Night Before
The celebration began the evening before at Nebo Cucina & Enoteca in Boston’s Seaport district. Kimmy wore a sleek ivory slip dress with a dramatic low back that perfectly matched the modern city setting. Ryan kept things classic in a blue plaid jacket and neutral trousers, creating a look that felt polished but relaxed.
Guests gathered over upscale Italian dishes, wood-fired pizzas, passed appetizers, and an incredible grazing table as the welcome party opened up to friends and family arriving for the weekend. The toasts from Ryan’s parents and members of the wedding party brought both laughter and tears. One of the most emotional moments of the evening came when Kimmy’s dad, who plays in the band Green Flash, performed a song for his daughter. There was not a dry eye in the room.
Before the night ended, Kimmy and Ryan slipped outside for a few portraits along the Boston streets.
The combination of the city lights, warm summer air, and their effortless chemistry made those portraits feel especially romantic.

Getting Ready For Their Day
Wedding morning at the Boston Harbor Hotel felt calm and joyful. Kimmy and her bridesmaids toasted with bubbly on the rooftop terrace while overlooking the harbor. Her bridesmaids wore soft blue floral gowns that perfectly complemented the pastel palette carried throughout the day.
Kimmy’s gown was elegant and timeless with delicate texture and a low back detail that photographed beautifully from every angle. Her mom and maid of honor helped her get dressed before an emotional reveal with her bridesmaids. Hair styling by The Bridal Bar and makeup by Glamour Cosmetics gave everyone a polished, natural look that fit the refined atmosphere of the day.
Ryan spent the morning with his groomsmen relaxing and sharing a toast before his mom helped him with his tie and bonbonnière.

Sentimental First Look & Portraits Outside Boston Harbor Hotel
Kimmy and Ryan shared their first look along the harbor walk outside the hotel with boats drifting behind them and sunshine reflecting off the water. Ryan immediately became emotional when he saw her, while Kimmy laughed through happy tears. The two spent the entire portrait session smiling at each other and sharing quiet moments together. Ryan continually kissed Kimmy on the forehead, something that clearly comes naturally to them.
Family and wedding party portraits took place near the Rose Kennedy Greenway, where the city skyline and iconic clocktower created the perfect Boston backdrop.

Beautiful Indoor Ceremony
The ceremony inside the Boston Harbor Hotel ballroom was breathtaking. Stoneblossom transformed the space with lush florals in pastel peaches, blues, creams, and soft yellow tones hanging dramatically from above the couple.
Kimmy’s brother officiated the ceremony, making every part of it deeply personal. His daughters served as flower girls, adding another sweet family touch. Kimmy and Ryan exchanged handwritten vows that were both heartfelt and funny. Their words overlapped in so many ways, proving just how connected they are as best friends and partners.

Reception at Boston Harbor Hotel
As the sun set over the harbor, guests moved into cocktail hour in the rotunda before entering a reception space glowing with candlelight and layered textures. Baciare Events designed a reception filled with patterned linens, specialty rentals, letterpress menus by Fete Collection, and dramatic lighting by Frost. The amber glow across the ballroom completely transformed the room.
Kimmy and Ryan shared their first dance to “If I Ain’t Got You” by Alicia Keys before the dance floor quickly filled. Later in the evening, Kimmy changed into a second dress and danced the night away with guests while Flipside kept the energy high all night long.
One of the biggest surprises came when Kimmy’s dad joined the band on stage for a short set. The entire room erupted with excitement as guests sang along and crowded the dance floor together. It was the perfect ending to an unforgettable elegant Boston wedding.
